End of Life Support offers a compassionate presence during one of life’s most tender transitions. As an End of Life Support person, I walk alongside individuals and their loved ones, holding space with gentleness, dignity, and respect. I provide emotional support, practical comfort, and a calm, reassuring presence to help ease fear and uncertainty.

This support may include sitting in vigil, offering guided relaxation or touch, helping families navigate choices, and ensuring that the person’s wishes, values, and story are honoured. My role is not to replace medical care, but to complement it—bringing warmth, humanity, and connection to the journey.

You are not alone. I am here to support you and your family with love, presence, and grace.

Using a compassionate, person-centred approach, I offer emotional and trauma support through the gentle practice of Motivational Interviewing. This is a collaborative style of conversation that honours your inner wisdom and your own pace. Rather than telling you what to do, I walk beside you—helping you explore what you’re feeling, what you need, and what matters most to you.

Together, we create a safe and non-judgmental space where your experiences are acknowledged, your emotions are validated, and your strengths are recognised. Through curiosity, reflective listening, and gentle guidance, we uncover what is ready to shift or soften. 1 Hr
