My path into this work has been shaped by lived experience, deep listening, and a genuine love for supporting others to feel seen, held, and empowered. What I offer comes from both learning and life—woven through with compassion, presence, and respect for each person’s unique story.

My Story

My name is Annwyn

I am a mum and a Grama. I am passionate about physical, emotional and mental health. Over the last 30 years I have trained in a large range of healing and health modalities. Bringing all my learning together brings a very special method of connection, support and healing.

I am a certified Pregnancy, Birth and Post Partum Support (Doula),

Reiki Master, Bodywork Therapist, Aromatouch Practitioner and a certified Motivational Interviewer.

I offer holistic support, massage and natural guidance to women during pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

I offer Reiki Healing and or a combination of massage and Reiki together. I use the benefits of pure organic essential oils to enhance your healing or relaxing session with me.

My work is grounded in presence, whether I am guiding a mother through pregnancy, labour, or postpartum care, offering hands-on healing with Reiki/massage, or simply listening deeply, my intention is always the same: to bring peace, trust, and connection to everyone I care for.
