Reiki Training Workshops

Each Reiki training workshop is held over two nurturing days of learning, rest, and gentle discovery. These workshops are designed to support you at your own pace, with plenty of time for practice, reflection, sharing, and questions.

We begin with grounding, creating a safe and meaningful space for connection. You will receive clear guidance, hands-on experience, and supportive teaching that honours your individual learning style. Throughout the workshop, there is room for quiet integration as well as moments of shared insight and community.

By the end of the two days, you will leave feeling confident in your Reiki practice, deeply supported, and connected to a renewed sense of inner calm and purpose.

Reiki Level 1 Workshop

Reiki Level 1 is an introduction to energy healing, self-awareness, and nurturing touch. In this workshop, you will learn how to channel Reiki for your own wellbeing and to offer gentle support to others. We explore the history of Reiki, the hand positions for self-healing, and how to work with energy in a grounded and empowered way.

This level focuses on reconnecting with your intuition, cultivating inner calm, and opening the heart. You will receive your Level 1 attunement, a workbook, and guided practice to help you feel confident and supported as you begin your Reiki journey.

Reiki Level 2 Workshop

Reiki Level 2 deepens your connection to healing energy and expands your ability to support others. In this workshop, you will learn the sacred Reiki symbols, techniques for distance healing, and how to work more intuitively with energy.

This level strengthens your trust in your inner guidance and opens a new level of sensitivity and presence. You will receive your Level 2 attunement, a comprehensive workbook, and guided practice to help you confidently offer Reiki to others, in person or from afar.

Reiki Level 3 Workshop

Reiki Level 3 is a deepening into personal mastery and inner alignment. In this training, you will receive the Master symbol, explore advanced energy techniques, and develop greater confidence in trusting your intuition. This level focuses on embodying Reiki as a way of being—bringing calm presence, awareness, and compassion into everyday life.

You will be supported to expand your sensitivity to energy, strengthen your inner guidance, and step into your practice with clarity and grounded heart.

Reiki Master Workshop

The Reiki Master level is a sacred step into living and sharing Reiki as a way of life. In this training, you will learn to offer attunements, guide others on their Reiki journey, and hold space with confidence, humility, and deep presence.

This level is less about technique and more about embodiment. It supports a profound personal and spiritual expansion—strengthening your intuition, your trust in energy, and your ability to support healing for individuals and groups.

As a Reiki Master, you become a steward of this lineage, carrying its wisdom forward with integrity, compassion, and love.
